Privacy Policy
Last updated: 18 June 2026
This policy explains what personal data Saint Brand processes when you use this website, why, and the rights you have. We have written it to be short and honest: this site uses no cookies and no tracking, and the only personal data we handle is what you choose to send us through the contact form.
1. Who is responsible for your data
The data controller is Saint Brand. For any privacy matter you can reach us at afonso.rs@gmail.com.
2. What data we collect
We only collect the data you actively submit through the contact form:
- Name
- Email address
- The message you write
We do not collect IP addresses for analytics, we do not profile you, and we do not build any kind of marketing database from your message.
3. Why we use it, and our legal basis
We use this data for one purpose only: to read and reply to your enquiry. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us, and taking steps at your request prior to any possible engagement (Art. 6(1)(b) and 6(1)(f) GDPR). Submitting the form is voluntary.
4. Cookies and tracking
This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics or tracking
tools (no Google Analytics, no advertising pixels, no third-party trackers). The only
thing stored in your browser is a single technical flag in localStorage
(sb-privacy) that remembers you have already seen the privacy notice, so we
do not show it on every visit. It is strictly necessary for that function, contains no
personal data, never leaves your device, and therefore does not require consent. You can
clear it at any time from your browser settings.
5. Who can see your data
Your message is delivered to our own mailbox so we can answer you. We do not sell, rent or share your data with third parties for their own purposes. The only processors involved are the providers that host this website and deliver our email, acting on our instructions.
6. How long we keep it
We keep contact messages only as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any follow-up, and in any case no longer than 24 months, after which they are deleted. You can ask us to delete your message sooner at any time.
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Have it corrected if it is inaccurate
- Have it erased
- Restrict or object to its processing
- Receive a copy in a portable format
To exercise any of these, email us at afonso.rs@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority if you believe we have mishandled your data.
8. Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle data, we will update this page and the date at the top.
